Nik Saghir & Ismail was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1978 with branch offices in Kota Bharu and Shah Alam. As at this date, there are more than 30 lawyers in this firm of whom 7 are partners.

The head office in Kuala Lumpur is under the management of eleven (11) partners namely, Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman, Mr. Nik Saghir bin Mohd Noor, Mr. Ismail bin Ibrahim, Mr. Nasir Zihni bin Dato' Yusoff Zaky, Mr Jonathan N S Law, Ms. Tuan Zubaidah Bte Tuan Muda and Mr. Shameer Bin Othman.
