Nik Saghir & Ismail was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1978 with branch offices in Johor Bahru, Kota Bharu and Shah Alam. As at this date, there are more than 30 lawyers in this firm of whom 10 are partners.

The head office in Kuala Lumpur is under the management of eleven (11) partners namely, Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman, Mr. Nik Saghir bin Mohd Noor, Mr. Ismail bin Ibrahim, Mr. Nasir Zihni bin Dato' Yusoff Zaky, Mr Jonathan N S Law, Ms. Tuan Zubaidah Bte Tuan Muda and Mr. Shameer Bin Othman.

The firm's branch office in Shah Alam is under the management of partner Mr Mohamed bin Haji Abdul Hamid whereas Mr Roger Tan Kor Mee, Ms Ang Nyee Nyee and Ms Nurulhuda Bte Abd Kadir manage our Johore Bahru branch.
